FOOD please use and do not waste

Choosing the optimal food is the fuel for our body. They give us health, are very valuable and must therefore be treated with respect.

I like to share my vast experience with single households, families and companies, how to buy food sensibly, use it efficiently, create very good dishes with it and also show tips & tricks regarding expiration dates and the shelf life of food and what else is great can employ them.

This way you don't waste food, you do a lot of good for the environment and your wallet, because with common sense you save money that you can invest better than in the garbage can!
By appointment, I come to the families' homes, we discuss the situation, create menu plans for the whole week or longer, after which you can then shop and, if you wish, we can also prepare dishes together.

The price for this very private training is 75 euros for 3 hours, plus any travel and material costs that explain everything you need to know about the topic. On request, we can also visit your trusted supermarket to discuss the best food for your needs on site. This service is free and another contribution to your well-being.
